Scientific Reason Behind Your Looks

Scientific Reason Behind Your Looks

Why DO I Look the Way I Look?

This is one odd question people usually asks themselves when they are sad, having low self-esteem and feeling uncomfortable about their looks. This is because our society has built predefined ideas of beauty and makeup essentiality. The most funny part of the scenario is that "we all follow these illogical schemes"

When you get aware of the real logic behind your looks, life will become easier and as beautiful as you are naturally.

Everything you see in the mirror -

From your height to your hair color to the dimple(or lack thereof) on your chin  - is written into nearly every cell of your DNA, spiraling chains of proteins found in every cell in your body. Think of  DNS as your body's instruction manual. It tells your cells how to grow in organs, hair, teeth, fingernails, your tongue and every single other part of your body. Stretches of DNA(called genes) are like pages in the instruction manual. Genes control what you will look like, plus less obvious traits such as whether you have a perfect vision or ability to curl your tongue.

This is just an introduction to an ocean of self-information. In the coming blogs, we will learn more about our Genes and Looks.

Stay Tuned!

Liver Detoxification - How to Safely Detoxify Your Liver

The liver detoxification process in humans has two stages, an active and a passive process. In this process the liver produces bile to break down fats that have accumulated in the body and the kidneys cleanse the blood to eliminate any toxic materials that were not removed during the active stage. The passive process may be assisted by more advanced systems such as the N-acetyl-d Glucosamine complex, which is used to restore low levels of glucose in the blood. Active Stage Process Liver detoxification in the active stage is normally assisted by vitamin C, which helps to break down harmful chemicals in the body. However, if you do not take enough vitamin C you may also need to supplement your diet with vitamin C to achieve the same results. A common name for vitamin C is Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). Other common foods that contain vitamin C are oranges, green peppers and fruit juices, just to name a few. Liver detoxification in the active stage involves a series of chemical steps. This st...
