Bullies in Schools and What You Can Do About It

Write down a few policy statements that you can implement in the school that will cover the different types of bullying that occur. Talk about these policy statements and their implementation. Create a bullying prevention handbook for the school that is used by the entire school staff.

5. Create Positive School Policies

Do not let bullying to be a part of your school's policy. The school should be a place of learning and comfort for all students. Always talk about what is happening in class, let the kids know that they have nothing to worry about. If a kid is feeling vulnerable, tell him or her that the problem is going to be handled. Create a positive school environment by dealing with any bullying issues that may arise.

6. Give Children More Than Books

Let your children learn by doing. Read to them, play with them, let them have group projects, and have them work in teams. Playing together can help them bond and interact as a group.
